This is the very, very best of a new breed of lightweight harness/ glider bags. It is slightly heavier than the APCO Chairbag that I traded in, but boy is this comfortable and the very small weight difference is more than offset with the comfort of the rucksack and the harness. Its got all sorts of extras and the attention to detail - its build quality as with all the Swing equipment is second to none. I bought this for Vol Bivouac flying. Its ideal - even having straps on the back pack for my sleeping bag and a built in holster for my radio or MP3 player! Not the cheapest but it is without equal. I bought one for my girlfriend too. As unlike the APCO Chairbag, it comes in 3 sizes to fit everyone, not one size to fit nobody! Attached to my Swing Everest mountain glider it is the perfect combination. I can also use it with my full size Mistral 5 as the back pack is very generous in size. When reversed the harness makes a a proper ruck sack. Made with tough, high quality material. Its what Ive been waiting 20 years for. You just have to have one too.
